You must provide proof that you are the buyer. This allows us to confirm to the owner in a general way that you are an absolutely serious potential buyer and that you are able to afford this property / object. For certain businesses you have to show us corresponding professional experiences. A meeting in Barcelona, Costa Blanca, or Mallorca will be necessary.
